M24: WIND DRIVEN
M24: WIND DRIVEN
M24 is the first dedicated media platform for the Melges 24 class. Wind Driven is its flagship series, a micro-documentary production by BruMedia where every episode centers on one boat, one hull number, and the real story of the sailors who race it.
ABOUT THE SERIES
The Melges 24 is one of the most competitive one-design keelboat classes in the world. It races at clubs across North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond. The sailors who race it are serious about the competition, but that is not the whole story.
Wind Driven is a short-form documentary series that goes looking for the rest of it.
Each episode starts with a hull number and works backward: who owns it, who crews it, why they chose this class, and what keeps them coming back. Some episodes are built around a conversation with the skipper. Some are told from the crew's perspective. Some follow a race from dock to finish line and let the footage speak for itself.
The series is produced by BruMedia and shot on location with active Melges 24 fleets. New episodes release throughout the racing season and are available to watch for free on YouTube.
The Melges 24 has a thirty-year racing legacy and a global community behind it. Wind Driven exists to make that community visible, to grow the class's media presence, and to give the next generation of sailors a reason to choose this boat.
